  1. Yes of course because they are one of the departments that are liable on it. They are also liable because as HRM role is to train people and they need to do actions for them to be organized and enhancing their skills for attaining the high levels of performances for their company.

  4. For me sir yes, since Human Resource Management Department (HRM) they are the one who mange the people in a one company or organization. HR Department are the one who is responsible in recruitment, training, development, benefits etc. HR Departments they are the one who strategize in their company or organization for their company to gain competitive advantage.

The issues involved in balancing human resource strategy in business will be charge by the company, this means that they are all accountable and responsible in their compant
